Ingredients
- 150 g of flour
- half teaspoon of salt
- half packet of yeast
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 225 ml of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 knob of butter melted
- Seed oil or butter to taste
Instructions
- Sift flour, salt, yeast and sugar in a bowl.
- Make a mound of flour and pour the milk.
- Mix and add the egg and the melted butter.
- Whip with a whisk until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Heat a pan medium heat and grease with a little seed oil or butter.
- When it's hot pour some spoon of mixture and cook until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges are dry.
- Turn the pancake and cook the other side.
- Cook util both side are browned.
- Reverse the pancake and cook the other side too.
- Serve hot, with maple syrup or ice cream or whipped cream and soft fruits.
