Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 500 g of Mascarpone
- 300 g of Savoiardi biscuits
- 400/500 ml of cold coffee made by Moka
- unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
- Separate the yolks from the whites.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar, with the electric whisk.
- When the mixture is frothy, add the mascarpone and mix with again the electric whisk.
- Whisk the egg whites aside and add everything to the yolks.
- Take a baking dish and spread a layer of cream.
- One by one quickly soak the biscuits in the bitter coffee and make a layer of biscuits alternating with the cream.
- Finish with the cream and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Before serving sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa passed through a sieve.
Notes
- I also add some drops of unsweetened chocolate which make it particularly good.
- You can also compose the dessert in single portion jars or cups if you prefer.
