Ingredients
- 2 eggs per person
- 2 slices of ham turkey
- 2 slices cheese
- Salt and pepper
- vegetable oil
Instructions
- Beat the eggs as normal omelet, add salt and pepper and cook in a pan with a little oil.
- When it cooked add 2 slices of ham turkey and the slices cheese.
- Wrap all and wait a minute until the cheese will be melted.
Dukan version, fit to attack phase
- Don't use any vegetable oil, use instead a nonstick pan.
- Use only light ham turkey with 0,1% or 0,2% of fat.
- Use only light slices cheese.
- You can do this with light chicken ham too.
