Fusilli with artichokes

Ingredients
- 2 artichokes
- 1 lemon
- a sprig of parsley
- 2 cloves of garlic
- salt
- black pepper
- 240gr of short pasta (fusilli)
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves and the tips must remain only hearts.
- Cut into wedges and put the water with the lemon juice.
- In a pan, fry the garlic in a little oil and add the artichokes.
- Sauté a few minutes then reduce the heat and cook with a little broth. Add salt and pepper.
- When it dries add more broth, cook for 10/15 minutes.
- Wash and mince the parsley.
- Cook the pasta "al dente", pan fry with the artichokes, add the minced parsley.
- Serve immediately.
