Ingredients
  1. 2 artichokes
  2. 1 lemon
  3. a sprig of parsley
  4. 2 cloves of garlic
  5. salt
  6. black pepper
  7. 240gr of short pasta (fusilli)
  8. Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves and the tips must remain only hearts.
  2. Cut into wedges and put the water with the lemon juice.
  3. In a pan, fry the garlic in a little oil and add the artichokes.
  4. Sauté a few minutes then reduce the heat and cook with a little broth. Add salt and pepper.
  5. When it dries add more broth, cook for 10/15 minutes.
  6. Wash and mince the parsley.
  7. Cook the pasta "al dente", pan fry with the artichokes, add the minced parsley.
  8. Serve immediately.
