Ingredients
- Orecchiette 600 g
- 2 broccoli
- 4/5 anchovies or anchovy paste anchovy
- 3 garlic cloves
- A glass of milk
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chili pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, melt the anchovies in a little olive oil with the garlic.
- Clean the broccoli pulling the stem, but do not throw it away.
- Cut the broccoli plumes of small pieces and add to pan.
- Add salt and pepper, sauté a few minutes and then add a glass of water if necessity.
- The broccoli should be tender, it will take about twenty minutes.
- In meanwhile, clean the 2 stalks peeling them and cut them into pieces.
- Put them in the pot to cook the pasta with salt water.
- When it boils, cook the pasta with the stems inside.
- At the end of cooking, add some milk to broccoli, when the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the "broccoli sauce" and serve.
- Add chili pepper if you like.
