Ingredients
  1. Orecchiette 600 g
  2. 2 broccoli
  3. 4/5 anchovies or anchovy paste anchovy
  4. 3 garlic cloves
  5. A glass of milk
  6. Olive oil
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper
  9. Chili pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, melt the anchovies in a little olive oil with the garlic.
  2. Clean the broccoli pulling the stem, but do not throw it away.
  3. Cut the broccoli plumes of small pieces and add to pan.
  4. Add salt and pepper, sauté a few minutes and then add a glass of water if necessity.
  5. The broccoli should be tender, it will take about twenty minutes.
  6. In meanwhile, clean the 2 stalks peeling them and cut them into pieces.
  7. Put them in the pot to cook the pasta with salt water.
  8. When it boils, cook the pasta with the stems inside.
  9. At the end of cooking, add some milk to broccoli, when the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the "broccoli sauce" and serve.
  10. Add chili pepper if you like.
