Pasta with Roman broccoli, anchovies and tomatoes

Ingredients
  1. 320g short pasta  (as fusilli, penne..)
  2. Half Roman Cabbage
  3. 3 cloves of garlic
  4. 5 anchovy filets in olive oil
  5. 300g of cherry tomatoes
  6. Chili pepper
  7. Grated pecorino romano cheese
Instructions
  1. Cut the plumes of the  cabbage and wash.
  2. In a pan with a little olive oil fry the garlic, chili pepper and anchovies.
  3. Melt the anchovies and then add the cabbage cover and cook about ten minutes, adding a little water if it needs.
  4. Cook the pasta and add the tomatoes at broccoli.
  5. Drain the pasta when is "al dente" and sauté in the pan with the vegetables.
  6. Sprinkle with the grated cheese to taste and serve.
