Serves 4:
320g of short pasta
2 zucchini
some courgette flowers
1 shallot
100ml milk
salt
pepper
Olive oil
Clean the courgette flowers and cut into strips. Cut the zucchini julienne and mince shallots.
Take a large frying pan and fry the shallots in oil 2 minutes and add the zucchini.
Cook for 3 minutes and add the courgette flowers, salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and pour into the pan by adding the milk.
Turn up the heat and let it evaporate and serve.
