Ingredients
  1. 2 peppers
  2. 50 g of stoned black olives
  3. 80 gr of couscous
  4. 1 clove of garlic
  5. olive oil
  6. some broth
  7. salt
  8. pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the 2 peppers in half.
  2. Remove the seeds and filaments leaving two halves intact.
  3. Put the half peppers in a pan with a glass of water.
  4. Cover and leave to cook for about fifteen minutes.
  5. The peppers should soften, but not too much. If the water dries, add more.
  6. Take the other two half peppers and cut them into small cubes.
  7. In a pan brown a clove of garlic with a tablespoon of oil.
  8. Add the diced peppers and a little salt.
  9. Brown them for a couple of minutes, add a glass of hot water and cover.
  10. Cook for about fifteen minutes.
  11. Add the stoned black olives and leave to gain flavor for a couple of minutes.
  12. Add the couscous and a couple of ladles of boiling broth.
  13. Turn off the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  14. Season with salt and pepper and stuff the peppers with the stuffing of couscous.
  15. Bake for about ten minutes and serve.
