Ingredients
- 240g of rice for risotto
- half onion
- some butter
- salt
- pepper
- light broth to cook
- a sachet of saffron
- a glass of white wine
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, clean and chop onion. Combine the chopped together the butter and fry a couple of minutes. Add the rice to the pan, stir for 2 or 3 minutes. Add the glass of white wine and let it evaporate. United saffron and stir.
Notes
- Add a ladle at a time, the hot broth and a little salt. when it dries, stirring constantly together more broth until the rice is cooked. Within a couple of minutes at the end of the cooking time you switch off the heat and let rice stand a minute.
- The dish should be dry, but not too much.
