Serves 6/8:
Tortelli from Mugello (You can buy it frozen too) 1kg
A can of chopped tomatoes into cubes
Mushrooms, frozen too and if you can spend more money, it’s better if you buy Porcini mushrooms 1kg
3 cloves of garlic
Parsley
olive oil
salt
black pepper
Prepare the mushroom sauce by frying the garlic cloves. Add the mushrooms still frozen and mix.
After 5 minutes add salt and pepper and minced parsley. Cook about 10 minutes. Add a can of tomatoes, and cook for other 10 minutes. Put a pot to boil with salt, and cook the Tortelli for the time indicated. Drain and serve with the sauce.
