Ingredients
- hip turkey
- salt
- pepper
- rosemary
- sage
- garlic
- potatoes
Instructions
- Debone the hip turkey that have one bone only.
- Mince rosemary, sage and garlic and mix with salt and pepper.
- Grease the inside hip and sprinkle with the mixture.
- You can also insert a sprig of sage and rosemary whole inside.
- With a twine tie around the hip rolled, also grease the outside and sprinkle with the mix created. Cut and clean the potatoes, add in the cooking baking tray with meal.
- Bake at 200° for about 30 minutes, prick the meat to check the cooking.
