Ingredients
  1. Cuttlefish about 1kg
  2. Garlic to taste
  3. Parsley
  4. Peas 1/2 Kg
  5. Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Clean the cuttlefish and rinse under running water.
  2. Mince the garlic with mezzaluna knife and sauté in olive oil for 2 minutes directly into opened pressure cooker.
  3. Add the Cuttlefish, brown for 2 minutes and add the peas. Brown all for other few minutes the close the pressure cooker.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes from the whistle if you are using fresh ingredients, but if you are using frozen ingredients cook about 20 minutes.
  5. At the end of cook, add  the minced parsley.
  6. Serve hot, your tender cuttlefish.
