Ingredients
- Cuttlefish about 1kg
- Garlic to taste
- Parsley
- Peas 1/2 Kg
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Clean the cuttlefish and rinse under running water.
- Mince the garlic with mezzaluna knife and sauté in olive oil for 2 minutes directly into opened pressure cooker.
- Add the Cuttlefish, brown for 2 minutes and add the peas. Brown all for other few minutes the close the pressure cooker.
- Cook for 10 minutes from the whistle if you are using fresh ingredients, but if you are using frozen ingredients cook about 20 minutes.
- At the end of cook, add the minced parsley.
- Serve hot, your tender cuttlefish.
