Ingredients
  1. 3 cloves or garlic
  2. 1 onion
  3. 2 tomatoes
  4. 1 pepperoni
  5. 3 carrots
  6. 2 potatoes
  7. 2 zucchini
  8. salt
  9. pepper
  10. parsley
  11. grated cheese
  12. breadcrumb
  13. broth
Instructions
  1. Clean and cut all the vegetables in equal cubes not too much big.
  2. Carrots and potatoes are blanched for 5 minutes in salted water, so that they remain soft when cooked in the oven.
  3. Arrange the mixed vegetables, including those blanched in an greased baking dish.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Mince the parsley with the garlic and mix it with the grated cheese and the breadcrumbs, then sprinkle the vegetable pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes at 180° / 200°, occasionally wetting the vegetables with a ladle of broth.
