Ingredients
- 3 cloves or garlic
- 1 onion
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 pepperoni
- 3 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 2 zucchini
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
- grated cheese
- breadcrumb
- broth
Instructions
- Clean and cut all the vegetables in equal cubes not too much big.
- Carrots and potatoes are blanched for 5 minutes in salted water, so that they remain soft when cooked in the oven.
- Arrange the mixed vegetables, including those blanched in an greased baking dish.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Mince the parsley with the garlic and mix it with the grated cheese and the breadcrumbs, then sprinkle the vegetable pan.
