Ingredients
  1. Bring to a boil a pot of water.
  2. Clean and boil the brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. They should be soft but not unravel. Then drain.
  3. Chop the shallot and fry in a little olive oil, add the bacon and sauté.
  4. Add the brussels sprouts, salt, pepper and cook for 5/10 minutes.
