Ingredients
  1. 300g peas (frozen too)
  2. Broth
  3. an half  onion
  4. a pinch of salt
  5. Parsley
  6. 3 teaspoons of sugar
  7. olive oil
Instructions
  1. Fry in a little oil, minced onion and two cloves of garlic.
  2. Add the peas and stir. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add 3 teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt.
  3. Cook ten minutes over low heat, then add a little broth, salt and the minced parsley.
  4. Reduce the broth, it will take at least 15 minutes and serve.
