Ingredients
- 300g peas (frozen too)
- Broth
- an half onion
- a pinch of salt
- Parsley
- 3 teaspoons of sugar
- olive oil
Instructions
- Fry in a little oil, minced onion and two cloves of garlic.
- Add the peas and stir. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add 3 teaspoons of sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Cook ten minutes over low heat, then add a little broth, salt and the minced parsley.
- Reduce the broth, it will take at least 15 minutes and serve.
