Ingredients
  1. Half onion
  2. Olive oil
  3. 4 eggs
  4. Tomato puree 400 g
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut the onion finely (julienne) and fry gently in a little olive oil.
  2. When it is browned add the tomato puree with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook about five minutes.
  4. Beat the eggs and add to the sauce.
  5. Cook covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it reaches the desired consistency.
