Beans and spelt salad

Ingredients
- 250 g of Spelt, to short cooking time
- 400 g of Beans
- Some radish
- Parsley to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Boil the beans in water with salt for the time indicated on the package.
- Boil the spelt too in water with salt. Maybe have different time of cooking, so cook them separately.
- Drain all and let cool.
- Mince the parsley and garlic.
- Cut a piece of radishes into rounds and some small cubes.
- Add the minced parsley and garlic, beans, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and season with a little oil.
- The salad is ready now!
Notes
- If you use the beans in can and Spelt to short cooking time the time for prepare all is very short.
