Prepare the broth, even with stock cube and keep warm on the one hand. Clean and peel the pumpkin raising filaments. Wash it and cut it into small cubes. Melt the butter with the olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion and clean. When the onion is browned, add the pumpkin, mix salt and pepper and cover with a lid.
Beat the eggs as normal omelet and cook in a pan with a little oil. When it cooked add 2 slices of ham turkey and the slices cheese. Wrap all and wait a minute until the cheese will be melted.
Wash and cut into small pieces the celery, onion, parsley and carrots. Brown all in a little vegetable oil. Use more carrots if you want to get even the side dish. Clean and cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces and add to the pan. Brown it a bit adding salt and pepper.
Beat 2 eggs with salt and pepper. Clean and cut into strips the pumpkin flowers. Brown half pumpkin flowers in few vegetable oil for 1 minute. Add the rest of the pumpkin flowers to the beaten eggs. Put all in the pan and cook for 5 minutes until it’s golden.
