Crostini Toscani

Ingredients for a large tray:
A bowl of chicken livers
A red onion
3 tablespoon of capers
4 o 5 filets of anchovy  or some anchovy paste
Bread (as baguette)

Olive oil

Cut the onion into large pieces and put all in a little olive oil. Fry for one minute and add the filets of anchovy, or some anchovy paste.

Add the capers and chicken livers, stir adding a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook another 10 – 15 minutes.

When cooked, mix chicken livers in a blender until creamy.

Spread the cream on bread cut into slices and serve. Cover with plastic wrap if not serve immediately, otherwise they become blacks over time few hours.
