Ingredients
  1. 400g chicken livers
  2. 1 red onion
  3. 3 spoons of cappers
  4. 4 filets of anchovies or anchovy paste
  5. Salt
  6. Pepper
  7. Tuscan bread, baguette or pancarrè not salted
  8. Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Cut in big pieces the onion and fry in a little of olive oil.
  2. Brown about one minute and add the anchovies filets.
  3. Add the cappers and the chicken livers, mix all adding salt and pepper.
  4. Cook about 10 - 15 minutes.
  5. At the end cooking mix all in the blender until do creamy.
  6. Spread the cream on bread cut into slices and serve.
  7. Cover the the tray with a plastic wrap if you don't serve in short time, because after a few hours exposed at the air they get darken.
