Ingredients
  1. 500 g of lasagne
  2. 1lt of béchamel here's the recipe
  3. 500 ml circa of Ragù here's the recipe
  4. Grated cheese (Parmesan or Grana)
  5. Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Grease a baking pan with a little oil and spread a little gravy and a little béchamel on the bottom.
  2. Make a first layer of lasagne and cover it with a rich Ragù and béchamel.
  3. Make at least 3 layers alternating lasagne, Ragù and béchamel
  4. on the top of last layer, sprinkle the grated cheese.
  5. Put all in the oven preheat at 200 degrees for 25 minutes
Notes
  1. If you use pasta that doesn't need a fast pre-cooking, prepare a béchamel more liquid, and the same for the Ragù.
