Eggplant sauce

Wash and slice an eggplant, sprinkle the slices with a little salt to remove the bitterish. Mince the half onion and fry in a little oil, when it’s browned add the eggplant cut into cubes. Fry some minutes and then add salt and pepper.

Fusilli with artichokes

Clean the artichokes by removing the outer leaves and the tips must remain only hearts. Cut into wedges and put the water with the lemon juice. In a pan, fry the garlic in a little oil and add the artichokes.
