Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 130g of butter
- 150g of sugar
- 250g of flour
- 80g of milk
- one packet of baking powder
- 150g shelled walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Coarsely chop the nuts. In a bowl mix the sugar with the melted butter. Add one egg at a time, incorporating perfectly the first, before adding the next. Add the milk and stir. Add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir with a whisk to dissolve any lumps and the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Bake for 35/40 minutes in a hot oven.
Notes
- Open the mold only when the cake get cool!
