Baked trouts with potatoes

Ingredients
- A media trout per person
- Salt
- Pepper
- Rosemary and sages
- Garlic
- Potatoes to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Clean well the trouts and put in a baking tray, grease with olive oil.
- Mince the rosemary, sages and garlic.
- Mix with salt and pepper and sprinkle the trouts inside and out.
- In the center put some springs of rosemary and sage, with some slice of garlic.
- Cut the potatoes in small pieces, add at the fish.
- Put all inside the oven and cook at 220° for 30 Minutes.
- The time it's variable depending of the case if the trout is big or small.
- Around 20 minutes, look at the cook.
- Serve hot, with lemon.
