Ingredients
- A piece of pork loin (italian arista) 500g
- Potatoes 600g
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Mince sage, rosemary and garlic, previously cleaned.
- Mix with salt and pepper in a dish.
- Tie with twine the roll of meat, because it keeps its round shape, grease it with some oil and sprinkle with the aromatic mix.
- Cut the potatoes into chunks and add them to the meat past a little olive oil and bake in oven at 220°.
- You don't need add salt because the potatoes will take flavor from the seasoning of the meat.
- Let cook about 30 / 40 minutes for a piece about half a kilo.
