Ingredients
  1. 3 big peppers of various color
  2. Tomato puree
  3. Salt
  4. Pepper
  5. 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon of sugar
  7. Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Clean and cut the peppers in strips.
  2. In a pan put a little bit olive oil and when is warm, add the peppers with a few salt.
  3. Cook with medium heat covered.
  4. Add a brimming teaspoon of vinegar and 1 of sugar.
  5. Mix and cook about 10 minutes covered.
  6. Add a few tomato puree.
  7. In 10 minutes your peppers will be cooked.
  8. If necessary add a glass of water during the cooking.
