Ingredients
- 3 big peppers of various color
- Tomato puree
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Clean and cut the peppers in strips.
- In a pan put a little bit olive oil and when is warm, add the peppers with a few salt.
- Cook with medium heat covered.
- Add a brimming teaspoon of vinegar and 1 of sugar.
- Mix and cook about 10 minutes covered.
- Add a few tomato puree.
- In 10 minutes your peppers will be cooked.
- If necessary add a glass of water during the cooking.
