Ingredients
- 2 cloves of garlic
- parsley
- Olive oil
- 6 artichokes
- Tomato puree
- Salt
- Pepper
- Lemon
Instructions
- Clean and cut into small pieces and place the artichokes in water and lemon.
- Mince the garlic with parsley and fry in a little oil.
