Ingredients
- 4 artichokes
- 500g of lasagne
- diced ham
- breadcrumbs
- 1 mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves of garlic
- an half glass of white wine
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
- béchamel (500ml) see the recipe
Instructions
- Clean and slice the artichokes and keep them in a little water with lemon juice for 10 minutes.
- Drain the artichokes and cook them in a pan with oil, garlics, salt and pepper.
- Deglaze with white wine and cook for 15/20 minutes until tender result.
- Take a baking pan and grease.
- Make a layer of sauce, a layer of pasta and béchamel.
- Put in order: artichokes, ham, mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Cover with another pasta, béchamel and so on.
- On the last layer put the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, pepper and a few olive oil.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
