Ingredients
- 250g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 knob of butter, softened almost melted
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons of brandy
- 1 pinch of salt
- Icing sugar
- Seeds Oil
Instructions
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and butter, add the flour and brandy with a pinch of salt.
- Mix vigorously until dough is smooth and homogeneous.
- Let repose the dough about 30 minutes covered with a cloth.
- Roll out the dough a few millimeters high, cut into strips with the wheel zig-zag and fry in plentiful hot seeds oil.
- Sprinkle with icing sugar.
Notes
- If you do not have icing sugar at home, you can do this by putting regular sugar in the mixer and make it yourself.
