Ingredients
- 150g ground almonds with the peel
- 100g of butter
- 100g of sugar
- 100g of dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of liqueur or creme de cacao liqueur Strega or brandy (optional)
- One packet of baking powder
Instructions
- Take the butter out of the fridge for a couple of hours and add it to the sugar, stirring until to get a smooth cream.
- Add the beaten eggs and mix well.
- Then add the almonds and chocolate, finely chopped, mix with yeast and two tablespoons of liqueur.
- Grease and flour a baking pan and pour in the mixture.
- Put it in the preheat oven at 180 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
- When cooked, let it cool down cake and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
