Bring to a boil a pot of water. Clean and boil the brussels sprouts for 5 minutes. They should be soft but not unravel. Then drain. Chop the shallot and fry in a little olive oil, add the bacon and sauté.
Fry the sage and garlic in oil for 2 minutes, throw the beans, add salt and pepper, turn a couple of minutes and add the tomato, not too much.
Clean and cut into small pieces the vegetables. In a pan fry in a few olive oil the minced onion and add the cut vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook about 20 minutes. If the vegetables are too dry, put a glass of water in the pan. Add minced parsley at the end of cooking and serve.
Clean and cut the zucchini in the slice, meanwhile in a frying pan brown 2 or 3 cloves of garlic minced, add zucchini sliced, salt and pepper.
Boiled beans, basic recipe
Rinse the beans and put them in a pressure cooker. Fill the pressure cooker with water up to the internal mark. Add a handful of salt, garlic, sage, black peppercorns and some bay leaves. Close the cover of pressure cooker, put on the stove and raise the flame until the whistle.
Clean and cut into small pieces and place the artichokes in water and lemon. Mince the garlic with parsley and fry in a little oil. Add the artichokes (without the water), and a little salt and pepper. Cook covered for 10 minutes.
