Ingredients
  1. 2 eggs per person
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Some pumpkin flowers
  5. Some vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Beat 2 eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Clean and cut into strips the pumpkin flowers.
  3. Brown half pumpkin flowers in few vegetable oil for 1 minute.
  4. Add the rest of the pumpkin flowers to the beaten eggs.
  5. Put all in the pan and cook for 5 minutes until it's golden.
Dukan version - Fit to cruise phase
  1. Proceed as above but without fry the pumpkin flowers, put all the pumpkin flowers in the beaten eggs. Use a nonstick pan that allows for fat-free cooking.
