Ingredients
- 500 g of Brussels sprouts
- Olive oil
- Tomato puree
- Salt
- Pepper
- Half onion
Instructions
- Clean the Brussels sprouts.
- Mince the half onion and brown in a pan with a few hot Olive oil.
- Put inside the Brussels sprouts and let cook about 10 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Add the tomato puree.
- If necessary add a glass of water and finish to cook in about 10 minutes.
