Ingredients
- 2 eggplants
- Some red tomatoes
- 3 fresh mozzarella cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Slice the eggplants in order to obtain discs of about one centimeter thick.
- Arrange in a greased baking pan.
- Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and place a slice on top of each eggplant.
- Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and place a slice on top of each tomato, one for eggplant. Spend a little oil on each small pizza, salt and pepper and sprinkle of oregano.
- Bake at 200° for about 25/20 minutes and serve hot.
- Dukan version
Fit to cruise phase
- Delete the olive oil from the recipe and use light mozzarella instead normal.
- Proceed as described.
