Ingredients
- 400g chicken livers
- 1 red onion
- 3 spoons of cappers
- 4 filets of anchovies or anchovy paste
- Salt
- Pepper
- Tuscan bread, baguette or pancarrè not salted
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Cut in big pieces the onion and fry in a little of olive oil.
- Brown about one minute and add the anchovies filets.
- Add the cappers and the chicken livers, mix all adding salt and pepper.
- Cook about 10 - 15 minutes.
- At the end cooking mix all in the blender until do creamy.
- Spread the cream on bread cut into slices and serve.
- Cover the the tray with a plastic wrap if you don't serve in short time, because after a few hours exposed at the air they get darken.
