Boil the milk with a pinch of salt, add the rice, and after a few minutes add the butter, sugar and grated orange rind. If you don’t have a good orange (organic) you can squeeze an orange and add the juice at the end of cooking mixing well. Cook the rice until the milk will be absorbed completely….
Preheat the oven to 180°. In a bowl put the chestnuts flour and add the water stirring until to obtain a fluid batter. Add walnuts, pine nuts and raisin.
