Peel the onions and cook in boiling water for 8 minutes. Drain and cut in half. Put half all onions in a greased baking pan, sprinkle with minced parsley mixed with breadcrumbs.
Pasta with Roman broccoli, anchovies and tomatoes
Cut the plumes of the cabbage and wash. In a pan with a little olive oil fry the garlic, chili pepper and anchovies. Melt the anchovies and then add the cabbage cover and cook about ten minutes, adding a little water if it needs.
Wash and slice an eggplant, sprinkle the slices with a little salt to remove the bitterish. Mince the half onion and fry in a little oil, when it’s browned add the eggplant cut into cubes. Fry some minutes and then add salt and pepper.
Clean and cut the peppers in strips. In a pan put a little bit olive oil and when is warm, add the peppers with a few salt. Cook with medium heat covered.
Artichokes sautéed with garlic e parsley
Clean and cut the artichokes. Put them in a bowl with water and a clove of lemon. Mince the garlic and fry in few Olive oil.
Clean the Brussels sprouts. In a pan warm up a few Olive oil. Put inside the Brussels sprouts and let cook about 10 minutes.
