Roman cabbage sautéed

Ingredients:
1 Roman cabbage
seed oil
salt
pepper

Clean the cabbage and cut the plumes. Put a wok on the stove with a little oil to warm up. Add the cabbage and jump over a high heat for about 15 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Stir often so as not to burn the cabbage should be cooked but crispy (not burnt!).
