Walnut pie

Ingredients:
4 eggs
130g of butter
150g of sugar
250g of flour
80g of milk
one packet of baking powder
150g shelled walnuts

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Coarsely chop the nuts. In a bowl mix the sugar with the melted butter. Add one egg at a time, incorporating perfectly the first, before adding the next. Add the milk and stir. Add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Stir with a whisk to dissolve any lumps and the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Bake for 35/40 minutes in a hot oven. Open the mold only when the cake has cooled.
